Just get the correct pads from the likes of Uberbike etc. Or scan ebay for Shimano BR-M755 XT sintered pads, identical pad to the old M4's. Magura also did a brake with the same pads a few years ago....

I use Uberbike finned sintered pads for the Zee/Saint in my M4's. Trim 0.5mm off of each end and they are spot on.Before that, UB or SS sintered pads.

Question is, did hope ever manufacture the pads, or just stock them from another supplier........ I reckon I know the answer. I use EBC pads in my M4s. Don't think I've ever used hope supplied pads...
